Therefore,  making your hotel reservation directly through our website gives you access to the best rate publicly available on the Internet and no booking fees are charged. However, in the unlikely event you should find a lower rate for an equal room type for the same booking period within 24 hours of your reservation, we will match that rate and better it by 10% subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

GLIR Conditions:

• Rooms on the competing website must be available, viewable and bookable on the internet at the time of verification.
• The lower rate found must be for the same room type on the same dates as your reservation.
• To use this guarantee you must advise us by email on:
  reservations@thegeorge.com
  within 24hours of making your reservation. You will need to provide the competing websites address and quote the rate and room type offered. If possible a screen capture of the competing page would be appreciated and would allow us to process your query more quickly.
• Assuming a lower rate is available via a competing website, the reservations manager will discount the lower rate by 10% and apply it to your reservation.
