We offer an exciting opportunity for a person to fill the role of Maitre d’ in our highly acclaimed and award-winning Pescatore Restaurant.

• Proven restaurant experience, a minimum of 3 years, in a supervisory position

Senior Host
It is essential that the successful applicant for this position will possess the following attributes:
• 2-3 years hotel front office experience essential, preferably with an understanding of Opera
• Motivation and commitment to effectively manage all systems and procedures within the Front Office Division
• A team leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide appropriate role modeling and staff training
• Commitment to providing and maintaining impeccable standards of guest service
• The ability to work various shifts
Receptionist
The successful candidates for this position will possess the following attributes:
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• A high level of organisation and communication skills and good attention to detail
• A desire to deliver and exceed expectations in guest service
• Excellent in a team environment with a high level of self motivation
• Computer literacy, preferably with Opera experience
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A pride in their personal grooming
Concierge
The successful applicant for this position should possess the following attributes:
• Preferably have experience in a similar role
• A high level of organisation and communication skills and good attention to detail
• A passion for providing exceptional guest service
• Computer literacy, preferably with Opera experience
