– Hubert – September 2023, SingaporeReception was open 24 hours, very fast turnaround on any service, helped us immensely with finding our luggage with the airport, great with directions etc. really makes you feel like a star. Was the perfect room for our honeymoon. They even gave us a little note and a few gift chocolates when we said it was our honeymoon! very good. The view was not good, but it’s nothing to complain about. You’re right next to the park and the botanic gardens is like 5 mins away. I do wish they gave bedroom slippers, but not a problem, floor was heated.
