( Our plans were set but he had no way of knowing that). Turndown service was a pleasant surprise along with the surprise gift of “George” the little teddy bear on each bed with a sweet message. Even the unexpected fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night was handled professionally with a gift of a free night on the next visit.
